About This Role
- Develop and execute distribution sales strategies to achieve company sales goals in fintech and related sectors.
- Build and manage a sales team including hiring and training to support business growth and projects.
- Engage directly with merchants to promote and manage Electronic Data Capture (EDC) devices, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking, or EDC sales.
- Graduate degree (bachelor’s degree or above) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the local language in Pune is required.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in hands-on sales with capability to develop and manage a sales force structure.
- Familiar with merchant onboarding and account management processes, especially related to EDC products.
- Possesses strong communication and presentation skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
