About This Role
- Provide remote technical support for security-related incidents and problems, ensuring zero SLA breaches through effective resolution and escalation.
- Maintain accurate records and configuration management to support service delivery and asset protection.
- Use diagnostic tools and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to analyze, resolve, and recover from security technology incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or related field.
- Associate level certification in security technologies (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, ACCA, PCNSA, CCSA).
- Entry level experience in security technologies (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy) and remote technical support.
- Workplace type: On-site.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working in a pressurized environment with evolving client requirements and ability to manage communication across cultures.
- Shows proficiency with vendor technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, ARC, Audio Codes, PeterConnect, Sonus at entry level.
- Capable of following structured processes and procedures to diagnose, escalate, and resolve security incidents remotely.
