About This Role
- Own full-funnel growth for AI agents in car dealerships, driving metrics from initial discovery to multiple activations per rooftop.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing spend across multiple channels with clear CAC and payback accountability per activated rooftop.
- Lead experimentation and automation efforts across website, SEO, lifecycle communication, and AI workflows to accelerate growth and scale new agent launches including international markets.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of growth marketing experience in product-led SaaS or AI companies with full funnel and paid budget ownership.
- Proficiency with SQL or ability to build dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and AI-assistant ads with demonstrated understanding of CAC and payback.
- Location requirement: Gurugram, India office hours 3pm to 12am IST (US overlap).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Track record of owning and optimizing growth funnels with measurable impact on cohorts, CAC, payback, and conversions.
- Experience shipping AI-driven automation workflows that reduce manual effort and scale growth operations.
- Comfort leading high velocity experiments (10+ per month) and turning results into actionable decisions in collaboration with product, design, and engineering.
