About This Role
- Maintain, monitor, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments across Production, Stage, and Development 24x7.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backup/restore, cloning, and health checks for Oracle EBS and related databases.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, perform capacity planning, and manage security and compliance aspects for large complex Oracle EBS environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as Oracle Apps DBA supporting Oracle EBS environments.
- Experience working in 24x7 shift support model.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS components including 26ai database, Oracle 19c, 12.2 EBS, Oracle Data Guard, RMAN backup & restore.
- Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), UNIX shell scripting, patch management, and Oracle security including ISO and auditing compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large, complex Oracle EBS production environments with a focus on performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Comfortable with operational support tools such as ServiceNow and OEM and cloud resource provisioning on Azure.
- Knowledgeable about Oracle database internals including wait events, SQL profiling, load balancing, and concurrent processing optimizations in EBS.
