About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Milk Run transportation operations including supplier pickups, JIT deliveries, route optimization, and stakeholder coordination to maintain uninterrupted material flow supporting production.
- Manage transporter performance based on KPIs like vehicle utilization, on-time pickup/delivery, route compliance, and cost efficiency; handle daily shipment tracking and operational reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement projects on route optimization, freight cost reduction, vehicle utilization, and support logistics digitization and process standardization.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required.
- 2-5 years of experience in Milk Run transportation operations, route planning, supplier coordination, and JIT/JIS logistics in manufacturing supply chain environments.
- Proficiency in Excel with skills in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-volume transportation operations in a fast-paced environment.
