About This Role
- Monitor and maintain customer IT infrastructure performance and health including servers and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 support tickets and critical incidents within SLA to ensure system reliability and security.
- Assist in new service preparation, change management, and documentation to optimize infrastructure operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with minimum 3 years relevant to infrastructure management.
- Basic knowledge required in Windows Server/Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP), and monitoring tools such as Nagios or Zabbix.
- Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (IaaS, basic VM management) and remote access tools (SSH, RDP).
- Certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals AZ-900, Google Associate Cloud Engineer) are optional, not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience operating in hybrid environments including on-premise servers and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Skilled in handling Level 1 support with discipline in following SOPs and escalation protocols.
- Ability to manage infrastructure monitoring, backups, IAM basics, and maintain system documentation effectively.
