About This Role
- Lead technical development and data engineering for PM Digital Enablement and Analytics Team supporting Airbus Engineering PM Office (BCXE).
- Design, build, and deploy custom applications on Palantir Skywise platform and develop automated data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL for multi-source project data.
- Integrate Generative AI and automation tools to eliminate manual data tasks, deliver real-time predictive project performance insights, and support PM operations internationally.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in data analysis and PM dashboard solution development within engineering, digital, or industrial sectors.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Proficiency with Palantir Skywise platform, Python/PySpark, SQL, and experience in AI integrations (e.g., Gemini AI).
- Fluent English communication; Site-based with hybrid working options in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end analytics solution development for complex engineering PM processes, with strong skills in data pipeline construction and dashboarding.
- Familiar with Agile/SAFe methodologies, capable of pairing tightly with business analysts to translate functional specs into technical deployments.
- Comfortable working in a transnational environment supporting PM leaders across multiple countries and managing enterprise platform integrations.
