About This Role
- Provide autonomous project management support within the ERP Transformation Program, focusing on schedule baselines, budgets, risks, and performance analytics to optimize project delivery.
- Maintain and synchronize project schedules and resources, generate integrated PM dashboards, track milestones, and enforce standardized PM methods aligned with Airbus standards.
- Facilitate project routines, risk reviews, governance processes, and promote automation using AI tools for PM tasks within a digital-first transformation environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in project management, including SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud / Clean Core principles, SAP Activate Methodology, and legacy SAP ERP data migration.
- Proficiency in English (fluent/negotiation level); certifications in PM (Iron/Bronze or PMI-PMP) and SAP S/4HANA or Agile/SAFe preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced PM specialist with demonstrated expertise in enterprise scheduling tools, resource planning, and integrated project performance tracking.
- Strong familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration, Clean Core architecture, and data analytics platforms to drive project standardization and digital automation.
- Able to engage and negotiate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational, hybrid work environment working on strategic ERP modernization initiatives.
