About This Role
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android mobile applications using Kotlin, Java, and JetPack Compose to support mission-critical field service delivery.
- Collaborate within a global, remote-first team to design, build, and test features that improve user experience and product quality.
- Provide technical expertise in feature design, code quality, and mentor peers to drive continuous team and product improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years total software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Kotlin and Java development for Android with experience bringing mobile apps to market (App Store presence as key contributor is a plus).
- Experience working in large enterprise environments and remote-first collaborative teams.
- Experience with C++ or Android specifics beyond Java/Kotlin is a plus but not mandatory.
