About This Role
- Own sourcing activities for lower-risk, lower spend, and less complex vendor categories including contract drafting, negotiations, and cost analysis.
- Support negotiation strategy development, contract renewals, and sourcing strategy implementation to maximize value and ensure timely project completion.
- Manage procurement and contract management system data integrity, generate reports on vendor spend and performance, and participate in sourcing-related projects and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in procurement, buying, supply chain, or strategic sourcing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing lower complexity vendor categories within strategic sourcing or procurement functions.
- Comfortable working in matrix environments with cross-functional collaboration and multiple priorities.
- Familiar with contract drafting, redlining, and ERP or contract lifecycle financial/sourcing systems.
