About This Role
- Oversee daily administrative, maintenance, security, and facility operations for a large residential community/complex in Tiruchirappalli.
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure performance against SLAs, including verification of invoices and coordination with accounts for timely payments.
- Act as primary liaison between residents/Resident Welfare Association and on-ground staff/vendors, handling grievance redressal, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and emergency response.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of work experience required.
- Location: On-site in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu.
- Must have experience in residential property management, facility operations, or a related field involved with vendor and team management.
- Work arrangement: Day shift with flexibility for emergencies or association meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing comprehensive facility operations including maintenance of utilities, security, and emergency systems within residential gated communities.
- Proficient in vendor contract management and performance monitoring related to housekeeping, security, and MEP services.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, particularly liaising with Resident Welfare Associations and local regulatory bodies for compliance and administration.
