About This Role
- Lead Advanced Planning Systems and Supply Network Design teams within Global Supply Chain COE.
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain planning solutions including Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Kinaxis Maestro, JDA, Toolsgroup, Finite Scheduling Tool, and SAP implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver planning product features on time and maintain quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree mandatory.
- 8-10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy and supply & demand planning operational roles.
- Minimum 5 years leading teams of more than 5 members.
- Experience with Kinaxis deployment or usage for Supply & Demand Planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in techno-functional supply chain planning with hands-on exposure to multiple advanced planning tools.
- Ability to manage high-pressure projects and multiple activities with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain strategy and operations, preferably with additional credentials like MBA in Operations/Supply Chain, ME/MTech in Operations Research/Industrial Engineering, or APICS certification.
