About This Role
- Lead moderately complex software engineering initiatives including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation within the technology domain.
- Contribute to large scale planning of software strategies and resolve technical challenges by collaborating with peers and mid-level managers.
- Lead projects, act as an escalation point, and provide guidance to less experienced staff to meet client needs and ensure delivery quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core with exposure to REST API and web application development.
- Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational database technologies.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading moderately complex projects with accountability for technical delivery and team guidance.
- Skilled in full-stack web development including backend (.NET) and frontend technologies (React, JavaScript) with exposure to CI/CD and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
