About This Role
- Lead design, development, and validation of clinical data science programming solutions for clinical trials.
- Manage day-to-day clinical data science activities and support the team to deliver quality outcomes.
- Mentor junior programmers and provide technical leadership within the data science programming team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in clinical data programming with proficiency in SAS, R, or other relevant programming languages.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial data structures, CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

- Experienced in managing competing priorities and leading clinical data science programming teams.
- Skilled in collaboration with biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical teams for data specifications and analysis plans.
