About This Role
- Plan, execute, and manage manual, functional, API, database, and automated testing activities across software and system lifecycles.
- Develop detailed test specifications, test estimates, and test automation scripts using tools such as Playwright; debug and troubleshoot test failures and work with engineering teams on defect resolution.
- Use AI tools to enhance test efficiency and productivity; mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and test capability strengthening within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on software/system testing experience with strong manual and functional testing skills.
- Strong SQL and database testing experience; hands-on test automation experience preferably with Playwright or equivalent.
- Experience with API testing/validation, Agile methodologies, and practical use of AI tools in testing.

- Experienced in independently driving testing activities and collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Skilled in test planning, estimation, automation development, and defect management with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Demonstrates capability to mentor junior engineers and enhance team testing capabilities and knowledge management.
