About This Role
- Own processing and verification of securities and derivatives transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers for Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund offerings.
- Act as Senior Checker for complex tasks and serve as backup to team coordinator or manager ensuring timeliness and accuracy of operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams across banking, product, portfolio management, and finance to facilitate investments, resolve issues, and support process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in fund administration, finance, accounting, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with securities and derivatives processing, financial operations, and alternative investments trade cycle mandatory.
- Project Management certification preferred but not mandatory.
