About This Role
- Lead architecture definition and deliver key components and features for Outpayce Open platform in travel payments.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for cloud-based technologies including Openshift, Kafka, Jenkins, Helm, and Azure.
- Implement and maintain DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines and monitoring to ensure system performance and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Software Development).
- Minimum 9 years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 years in Cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud native technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Quarkus, OpenShift, Microservices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, monitoring, and modern programming and database querying languages (Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL).

- Experience leading developer teams and coordinating cross-team development in large corporate environments.
- Capable of delivering high-quality scalable microservices with high performance and reliability.
- Skilled in operational stability, debugging, root cause analysis, and integrating security and compliance in software development.
