About This Role
- Develop and deploy data science, AI/ML, and analytics applications optimizing airport and airline operations using cloud-native solutions on Azure.
- Own end-to-end data science projects from problem framing to production, ensuring measurable business value and ROI.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior data scientists and uphold best practices in modeling, experimentation, and reproducibility.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- 6+ years hands-on experience in data science or ML including production model deployment.
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in data manipulation and ML frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch) and version control (git).
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and MLOps practices, working with large datasets and distributed computing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with applying advanced statistical learning, time-series forecasting, NLP, and Generative AI within production environments.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and Data Engineers in a global, agile setting.
- Familiar with airline or airport operations domain and skilled at translating complex analytics into actionable business insights focused on strategic value.
