About This Role
- Lead and manage engineering teams responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing distributed SaaS systems and microservices on cloud platforms, primarily AWS.
- Oversee development and operation of cloud-native solutions, ensuring strong implementation of secure enterprise file transfer protocols and modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
- Drive technical excellence in container orchestration using Amazon EKS and manage integration challenges with enterprise applications like SAP.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience with at least 2 years in direct people management.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, distributed SaaS architectures, Kubernetes (Amazon EKS), and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Deep knowledge of enterprise file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2), modern DevOps (CI/CD, Terraform), and experience with SAP integration.

- Experienced leader with proven success building and managing high-performing engineering teams in cloud-native, distributed SaaS environments.
- Strong technical background in Java-based backend development, cloud architecture (AWS), and container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
- Familiar with AI/ML applications in engineering solutions and comfortable driving adoption of agile methodologies in enterprise settings.
