About This Role
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements for Housing Finance Companies in compliance with Ind AS and relevant accounting standards.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing including journal entries, provisioning, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with statutory auditors and support audit processes by providing necessary workings, schedules, and clarifications.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in finance/accounting.
- Must have experience with Ind AS standards, especially Ind AS 109, 32, and 116.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with technical accounting and financial reporting for Housing Finance Companies.
- Well-versed in regulatory compliance and accounting standards implementation (Ind AS updates).
- Capable of handling audit coordination and preparing presentations for Board and Audit Committees on financial results.
