About This Role
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a real estate company.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax consultants for resolution of tax-related queries.
- Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, supervise vendor/customer accounts, and handle internal controls and audit processes.
Minimum Requirements
- CPA or CA qualification with a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years (discrepancy noted but 10 years stated explicitly in primary JD).
