About This Role
- Manage and finalize accounts of assigned subsidiary companies including balance sheet preparation, consolidation, and analysis.
- Oversee compliance and payments related to TDS, GST, foreign remittances, and obtain CA/CB certifications.
- Support and coordinate with auditors by providing necessary data, resolving queries, and ensuring audit readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounts.
- Experience in finalizing and consolidating financial statements for subsidiaries or projects.
- Knowledge of tax and statutory audits including TDS, GST, and foreign remittances.
- Experience with SAP implementation and training personnel on software usage.
