About This Role
- Lead regional financial planning, performance management, and reporting standardization across the Americas (USA, Chile, Argentina).
- Provide finance oversight and coordination for third-party manufacturing operations in India, supporting Supply Chain Finance with operational reviews and process improvements.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of financial reporting and business analytics to deliver actionable insights to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of work experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance.
- Experience supporting multiple businesses and/or geographies, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SAP (including KE30), Power BI or Tableau, and financial modelling.
- Education: CA or MBA in Finance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-market financial planning and consolidated reporting covering revenue, EBITDA, and working capital.
- Skilled in driving reporting standardization, governance, and automation using ERP and BI tools.
- Capable of managing cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across different regions without direct people management.
