About This Role
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a real estate company.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements, including preparation and filing of TDS, GST, and other tax returns.
- Manage finance team, banking relationships, internal controls, audits, and prepare detailed MIS and financial reports to support business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
- CPA/CA qualification with Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end financial operations within real estate or similar regulated industries.
- Demonstrates capability in leading finance teams and handling statutory compliance and audits effectively.
