About This Role
- Manage end-to-end fund raising activities including preparation of CMA/Information Memorandum and proposals for bankers/investors.
- Oversee post drawdown processes and ensure timely preparation of treasury-related MIS reports.
- Maintain and manage relationships with banks and handle regulatory filings related to ECB.
Minimum Requirements
- CA or MBA qualification is mandatory.
- 4-6 years of work experience specifically in treasury.
- Experience in fund raising and handling banking relationships is required.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in treasury.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in preparing financial documentation such as CMA and Information Memoranda for banking and investor communication.
- Familiar with regulatory compliance and filing related to External Commercial Borrowings (ECB).
- Capable of managing treasury operations independently including MIS preparation and banking relationships.
