About This Role
- Oversee monthly, annual financial reporting, statutory and tax audits, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
- Manage financial performance monitoring against AOP and KPIs, prepare MIS reports including variance and profitability analysis.
- Support financing activities including negotiating borrowing terms, tracking interest rates, conducting financial due diligence, and stabilizing ERP/finance systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 10-12 years of work experience in finance, accounting, audit, and compliance roles.
- Experience with real estate, project-based entities, or investment structures preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, audit, compliance, debt structures, and financial reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex financial reporting and audit processes within real estate or investment project environments.
- Skilled in financial modelling, analysis, and interpreting financial metrics against strategic plans.
- Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders including auditors, consultants, internal teams, and external advisors for transaction support and system implementation.
