About This Role
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements complying with Ind AS and accounting standards for Housing Finance Companies (HFCs).
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes including journal entries, provisioning, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors during audits and support internal and concurrent audit processes with necessary schedules, notes, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS standards particularly Ind AS 109, Ind AS 32, and Ind AS 116.
- Experience in accounting for Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) or similar financial entities.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end financial closing and statutory audit interactions.
- Proficient in applying Ind AS accounting standards to complex financial transactions including loan accounting and ECL provisioning.
- Able to maintain compliance and adapt to changes in accounting standards impacting financial statements of HFCs.
