About This Role
- Manage and finalize accounts for subsidiary companies including balance sheet preparation and consolidation.
- Oversee tax and statutory audits, ensure compliance with TDS, service tax, and foreign remittance payments.
- Support audit processes by providing data, preparing documents, resolving queries, and assist SAP implementation and training.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounts.
- Must have experience in managing audits and statutory/compliance requirements including TDS and GST.
- Proficient in accounting standards including preparation and consolidation of balance sheets for subsidiaries.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling accounts and audits of subsidiaries/projects with a focus on compliance and tax.
- Capable of process improvement and training personnel in SAP or business software implementations.
- Detail-oriented with expertise in direct and indirect tax compliance and financial documentation.
