About This Role
- Own creation, review, and refinement of system workflows and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for SFDC system development related to new policies.
- Ensure system functionality with quick resolution of issues and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements through system design and enhancements.

- 4-6 years of work experience.
