About This Role
- Monitor and ensure uptime, execution quality, and pricing accuracy across trading platforms in FX, CFDs, or crypto markets.
- Manage trade flow including session management, risk exposure, trade lifecycle, and incident response including acting as first responder for trading-related incidents.
- Perform liquidity monitoring, liaise with liquidity providers, and support optimization of routing and aggregation settings.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in trading operations, dealing desk, or brokerage environment.
- Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and SQL querying for data investigation and reporting.
- Shift-based availability aligned with global market hours; on-call availability for critical incidents may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in fast-paced trading or brokerage environments managing real-time trading operations and incident handling.
- Technical skills in Python and SQL to automate monitoring and perform data analysis for trade and risk management.
- Capable of working under pressure with strong attention to detail and quick decision-making in a shift-based, global market setting.
