About This Role
- Design, code, test, and debug software according to systems quality standards, including preparing test plans, cases, and automated scripts.
- Lead small to moderate budget projects and potentially supervise junior personnel, ensuring successful project execution and documentation.
- Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks and conduct various types of testing such as unit, functional, integration, UI, API, performance, and service virtualization.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in test automation and software development.
- Strong technical skills in Java Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kafka, and RMQ with capability to code test automation frameworks.
- Experience with automation tools like JUnit, Cucumber, Jenkins or other CI tools, and Agile development environments.
- Knowledge of various testing types including unit, functional, non-functional, integration, UI, API, and service virtualization tools such as CA Service Virtualization and CA DevTest/AppTest.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable and high-quality test automation solutions and frameworks in complex environments.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage team activities including training and work assignments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous integration tools, with additional knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and functional domains like Order Management, Customer Communications, or Supply Chain is a plus.
