About This Role
- Manage procurement activities including sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management to support company objectives.
- Drive digital procurement initiatives utilizing MRP, IBP, and Power BI to improve material availability and procurement decision-making.
- Plan procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect goods/services while coordinating with cross-functional teams for supplier development and cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or procurement management.
- Proficiency with procurement analytics tools such as Power BI, and experience with MRP and IBP systems.
- Experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement strategy implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading procurement process improvements and digital transformation projects within supply chain functions.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with teams like production, finance, and R&D to align procurement with business goals.
- Comfortable working with data-driven procurement decision-making tools and methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
