About This Role
- Provide Level 1 technical support for Windows Server and VMware infrastructure globally, handling incidents, service requests, problems, and changes within SLAs.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for Windows Server OS components (DNS, DHCP, IIS, File Services) and VMware virtual infrastructure management including VM provisioning and resource optimization.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, monitor system health and security compliance, manage change processes, and maintain accurate configuration documentation.
