About This Role
- Oversee loan processing and documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely system login.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, KYC compliance, and audit readiness for branch operations.
- Maintain and update operational MIS reports and coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth loan disbursal and closure of audit points.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in loan processing or branch operations.
- Experience with KYC compliance, internal and external audit support, and regulatory adherence.
- Ability to maintain and update MIS reports and coordinate across departments for loan processing.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years.

- Experienced in secured lending operations with strong coordination skills across sales, credit, legal, and technical teams.
