About This Role
- Lead centralized procurement for major civil construction packages including Steel, Cement, RMC, Aluminium Formwork, tiles, sanitary fittings, MEP items, and related materials.
- Develop and implement category strategies, vendor management, and price hedging initiatives to optimize cost, ensure quality, and mitigate procurement risks across all projects and regions.
- Drive procurement analytics, market intelligence, and stakeholder alignment to standardize processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supply chain efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of relevant work experience in procurement within civil construction materials domain.
- Strong commercial acumen including expertise in price hedging, forecasting, and market analysis.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle, and e-procurement platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of civil construction materials, vendor ecosystems, and cost dynamics.
