About This Role
- Own and deliver Salesforce solution design and implementation including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Manage client relationships and lead multi-member teams to meet project objectives and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate workstream risks and improve business function processes through technology implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of work experience with at least 3-4 end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) implementations.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
- Experience managing clients and leading multi-member teams on recent projects.
- Knowledge of Salesforce features like Lightning and integration; understanding of project implementation methodology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in solution design, client demos, and conducting design and development workshops specifically on Salesforce.
- Demonstrates strong project discipline and ability to meet established deliverable dates consistently.
- Skilled at preparing effort estimates, system design documents, and project artifacts such as requirement documents, use cases, and test plans.
