About This Role
- Lead and own the annual operating plan (AOP) including targets, assumptions, and scenario planning aligned with the 3-year strategy refresh.
- Manage and run monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR), including agenda setting, dashboards, decision notes, and action tracking.
- Own PMO for strategic initiatives including journey standardization, decisioning/rules enhancements, partner programs, and new product readiness with stakeholder coordination across multiple functions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years total work experience with at least 2+ years in BFSI strategy, corporate planning, consulting or PMO; secured lending or housing finance experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with dashboards and business intelligence tools is preferred.
- MBA or PGDM degree from a premium business school preferred.
- Demonstrated governance mindset and analytical ability including working with funnels, cohorts, unit economics; CEO-grade communication skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in BFSI domain with a focus on strategy, corporate planning, or PMO particularly in secured lending or housing finance segments.
- Able to synthesize complex data into executive-level presentations and dashboard formats suitable for CEO and board review.
- Capable of managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders effectively to ensure delivery of strategic priorities and PMO initiatives.
