About This Role
- Own and lead end-to-end digital technology initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies and drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and digital trends.
- Manage complex technology projects including scope, timelines, resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital solutions on time and within budget.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA from a recognized business school (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in digital technology or software development, including successful delivery of large-scale projects and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong technical knowledge in Agile/DevOps methodologies, AI/ML, API design, microservices, system integration, and cybersecurity principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in or with the lending industry and familiarity with lending lifecycle, credit assessment, loan origination/management systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Technical expertise with financial technology such as payment gateways, digital KYC, risk management systems, banking APIs, and Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps).
- Proven ability to architect scalable digital solutions, build and scale technology teams, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and business units.
