About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects for the Gold Loans product lifecycle, including loan origination and management systems.
- Manage cross-functional engineering teams, sprint planning, release cycles, and track project health metrics, reporting status to senior leadership.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (RBI, KYC/AML, data privacy), oversee vendor management, and champion engineering best practices and continuous delivery process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of progressive technology project management experience in BFSI sector (banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or lending platforms).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline (required).
- Experience with gold loan products preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with microservices architecture, REST/event-driven APIs, databases, integration patterns, Jira, Confluence, CI/CD, observability platforms, and Salesforce.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex BFSI technology projects bridging business strategy and tech execution in lending platforms.
- Capable of engaging deeply with engineering, architecture, security teams, and business stakeholders to drive delivery and risk mitigation.
- Strong program management skills with focus on regulatory compliance, vendor management, and Agile/ Scrum delivery methodologies.
