About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and strategic management of the Loan Origination System (LOS) using Salesforce technologies.
- Manage a multi-tier team including direct Team Leads, fostering technical excellence and timely module delivery.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture, solution design, and integration with internal and third-party systems ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in IT with progressive software development experience and at least 4+ years in leadership managing complex Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven domain experience in Financial Services or Lending industry focusing on LOS workflows and regulatory requirements.

- Experienced leader managing teams of 10+ members including managers and team leads in a Salesforce development environment.
- Deep technical knowledge in Salesforce product suites combined with practical experience navigating complex architectural challenges.
- Domain expert in Loan Origination Systems within Financial Services or FinTech, able to bridge business requirements and technical execution effectively.
