About This Role
- Operate and maintain Windows and Linux servers with a focus on cloud environments, including Azure.
- Perform patching, backup operations, activation, and troubleshooting in a 24x7 production support model.
- Support automation using scripting (PowerShell, Shell, Python, Ansible) and manage ITSM/ITIL processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years operational experience in OS/Cloud environments with diverse cloud support in 24x7 model.
- Technical knowledge of Windows/Linux platforms and cloud computing fundamentals; Azure experience preferred.
- Familiarity with network components such as DNS, DHCP, TCP, and basic storage principles.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-cloud platform administration, especially Windows/Linux server management and Azure.
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 production support environment with operational responsibilities.
- Demonstrates skills in scripting and automation to improve cloud operations efficiency.
