About This Role
- Lead engineering team to deliver high-impact, scalable, and maintainable cloud-native products using Microsoft Azure, .NET, and Angular.
- Architect and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, secure coding, and AI-powered SDLC tools to optimize software delivery and operational stability while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Azure, .NET, Angular, and AI/ML technologies.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering cloud-scale and AI-driven enterprise applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with focus on continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
