About This Role
- Lead design, development, delivery, and support of RxClaim Core Adjudication capabilities across Government, Commercial, and Compliance initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and drive modernization for Synon (CA 2E), AS400/iSeries, DB2, COBOL, and enterprise adjudication systems including AI-driven engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions ensuring application stability, regulatory compliance, and high-quality Agile delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of software engineering experience with expertise in AS400/iSeries and Synon (CA 2E) development.
- Experience with Government Programs, regulatory and healthcare-related enhancements including pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
- Technical skills: Synon, RPG, COBOL, CL, DB2/400, SQL, high-volume transactional systems, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in complex application development and modernization in healthcare/pharmacy claims adjudication domain specifically RxClaim systems.
- Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions for engineering productivity and modernization utilizing platforms like Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Strong collaborator skilled in strategic technical leadership, cross-team coordination, risk management, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions within regulatory frameworks.
