About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions leveraging Python, generative AI platforms, and enterprise integration technologies.
- Identify and recommend business process automation opportunities; build intelligent workflows and AI assistants including chatbots and copilots.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams, manage solution performance, and provide technical mentorship on AI and automation best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, AI Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python development, AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, and automation platforms.
- Experience with APIs, cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), REST integrations, and enterprise-scale automation solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

- Experienced in delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions from design through deployment and support, with proficiency in generative AI and prompt engineering.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams involving business stakeholders, architects, developers, and operations for scalable AI solution delivery.
