About This Role
- Lead performance testing strategy, design, and execution for UI, API, MQ, and batch-processing applications using LoadRunner Enterprise and Apache JMeter.
- Analyze workloads and system metrics to identify bottlenecks, perform capacity planning, and recommend infrastructure right-sizing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-performing enterprise applications and support performance validation and release readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
- Strong expertise with LoadRunner Enterprise and Apache JMeter.
- Experience in performance testing for UI, API, MQ-based messaging systems, and batch-processing workloads using AutoSys.
- Location: Noida or Bengaluru, India (explicit location requirement).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently drive performance engineering initiatives and provide technical leadership in enterprise-scale environments.
- Experience coordinating with multiple technical teams (application, middleware, database, infrastructure) to deliver comprehensive performance solutions.
- Demonstrated skills in workload modeling, bottleneck analysis, capacity planning, and presenting technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
