About This Role
- Lead HR function in Bangalore location, acting as strategic partner to Indian leadership and managing HR team development.
- Drive talent management including acquisition alignment, development, retention, and employee relations, ensuring HR compliance and data-driven insights for business decisions.
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, payroll interface, HR systems enhancements, process improvements, and support organizational change initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
- 12+ years progressive HR experience with 3-4 years leading teams; significant India HRBP and HR Operations experience.
- In-depth knowledge of India HR laws and compliance in a multinational/matrix context.
- Ability to work onsite from Bangalore office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic HR partnering with demonstrated ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes and operational execution.
- Comfortable managing multi-disciplinary HR teams and collaborating with cross-functional HR groups (Talent Acquisition, HR Systems).
- Prior exposure to CRO/Pharma or healthcare industry and proficiency with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workday, Peoplesoft) and HR analytics.
