About This Role
- Design, build, and operate production-grade AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LLMs with tool calling, RAG, memory, and guardrails.
- Own and manage MCP servers to securely expose enterprise systems with appropriate authentication and access control.
- Deliver enterprise automation solutions across finance, payments, and reporting by integrating AI with deterministic logic and APIs for ERP, GDS, and payment gateways.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in building automation workflows and software engineering, with 2+ years in production-level LLM and agent-based solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and software design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLMs and agent frameworks like Claude Agent SDK or LangGraph.
- Experience with MCP servers, enterprise automation delivery (Python, RPA, or workflow platforms), AWS or Google Cloud, Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, strong SQL, and API integration skills.

- Experienced in designing and running complex AI-powered automation systems that integrate enterprise software and APIs.
- Skilled at operating secure MCP server environments with authentication and access control in cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and measure outcomes, and mentor engineering teams.
