About This Role
- Manage end-to-end inbound logistics operations including vessel arrival planning, customs clearance, container movement from yard to plant, and unloading at the plant.
- Oversee resource allocation, vendor management, payments, insurance claims, system bookings, and timely container surrender to avoid demurrage charges.
- Develop and maintain data analytics dashboards to track inbound logistics KPIs, optimize operations, and report to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10-12 years of logistics management experience, including at least 5 years in a lead role in mining, metals, or heavy industries sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field; MBA in Logistics or Operations is a plus.
- Experience managing multimodal inbound logistics involving road, rail, and sea transport and dealing with customs clearance.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10-12 years with leadership exposure in relevant sectors.

- Demonstrated ability in vendor management, cost control, payment management, customs compliance, and resource planning.
