About This Role
- Oversee daily cargo operations ensuring efficient handling, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze and improve cargo workflows to enhance operational efficiency and minimize delays.
- Manage stakeholder coordination including airlines, customs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and maintain service levels.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in cargo operations or logistics.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Mandatory certifications: DGR by DGCA/ICAO/IATA (valid every 2 years), Basic Cargo Awareness Training by IATA.
- Work Experience Required: 7-10 years in cargo operations or logistics.

- Experienced in managing complex cargo operations with proven process improvement capabilities.
- Skilled in coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders within the aviation and logistics sectors.
- Familiar with safety and regulatory compliance in cargo handling, including documentation and incident management.
