About This Role
- Define and own the strategy and roadmap for Avam’s scientific product portfolio, prioritizing to align with organizational goals.
- Lead product lifecycle from idea to commercial launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets and schedules.
- Measure product success through customer feedback, participation, revenue, and data-driven insights to guide future decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 4+ years of product management experience in biotechnology or life sciences.
- Experience managing scientific products from discovery through commercial launch.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.

- Experienced in biotechnology or life sciences product environments including research tools, diagnostics, lab instrumentation, manufacturing workflows, or cleaner-energy materials.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements and decisions.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams across research, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial areas in a scientific product context.
